Spectacles GoNeee..!! o_o

There are many methods to do exercise with your eyes muscles :
- At the morning, please spend 1 to 5 minute look at Sunshine 
- Try to look at the tree which has green colors and especially if you can please try to look at the green tree that has distant from 1 to 2 kilometer from your side.
- Please try to look small object very far from you (1 to 2 kilometer) in 1 second and then change by look to the nearest object in 1 second.

Try to do like this every 5 to 10 minute in morning.
